People of all ages can get it There is no doubt that the current diet that society consumes today is high in processed foods, junk food, additives, chemicals and other ingredients that are highly inflammatory Inflammation affects millions of people and for most of them, the only culprit is their diet If you have arthritis and you're already in pain, consuming an unhealthy diet will be akin to adding fuel to the fire You will be worsening your own condition and suffering

Studies have shown that specific foods are more inflammatory while certain foods alleviate the pain in your joints and muscles You will need to consume more foods that are beneficial to you and reduce the foods that cause you pain If you have tried everything to reduce your arthritis pain and your efforts have been fruitless, the key to resolving the problem might be your diet Let's look at a few ways you can reduce your pain by consuming foods that help arthritis Consume oily fish such as salmon, tuna, and sardines
