Calories in Your Sushi Train Menu

Everyone loves sitting around a sushi train for a meal, if you’re a fan of the Japanese dish that is. But here’s the raw truth: sushi isn’t as healthy as it might appear to be with many of the hand rolls (or one dish) equating to over 200 calories, with some even having over 1000mg of sodium. And when you think about the adequate intake of salt being 460 to 920 mg per day, one purple plate of sushi could really be doing your health harm. Of course we don’t want you to be tainted by the popular lunchtime dish, but it’s good to know where you stand with that tuna and avocado roll, right?
