2 Diarrhea Add a teaspoon of ginger to water and boil it Drink the lukewarm water once every hour 3 Indigestion Squeeze some fresh lime juice into a cup of warm water and add half a teaspoon of baking soda and drink the mixture

4 Urinary tract infections Drink a mixture of water, unsweetened apple juice and unsweetened cranberry juice in the ratio of 1:1:2 parts of each Alternatively, you could just drink lots of water to flush out the bacteria Another method will be to add about 20 grams of fresh parsley that has been chopped up into 25 liters of boiling water

Allow to steep, then strain the mixture and drink over the next few hours 5 Puffy eyes Place one cold, wet black tea bag on each of your closed eyelids for ten to fifteen minutes To refresh eyes that are tired, you can alternate between hot and cold treatment Place a warm, wet cloth on your eyes for 2 minutes, followed by a cold wet cloth for two minutes

Do this repeatedly about 4 or 5 times Always end with a cold cloth This will leave your eyes feeling fresh and rejuvenated You may do this in the shower where you alternate the temperature of the water It has the same effect

6 Dandruff Squeeze some shampoo on your palm and add 3 to 4 drops of tea tree oil to it Massage this into your hair and lather well Allow to sit for about 5 minutes and then rinse hair and scalp properly 7

Fungal skin problems Add half a teaspoon of lavender essential oil to about 125 milliliters of apple cider vinegar Mix well and spray on affected parts of your skin Alternatively, you can dilute some tea tree oil with lavender essential oil and apply it to the rash or infection 8 Psoriasis Consume oily fish such as tuna, salmon or sardines

Alternatively, you could just consume a fish oil supplement 9 Insomnia Soak in an Epsom salts bath which is rich in magnesium If you can�t do that, consume a magnesium supplement You may also wish to drink a tea made of chamomile and passionflower to calm your mind and body
